Last night’s Golden Globes has left us all in a spin, from Adolescence winning even more awards to that Wanda Sykes acceptance speech.
There was one precious moment between Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner that you may have missed among the glitz and the glamour.
Anyone with keen ears will have picked up that the Marty Supreme actor referred to Kylie as his ‘partner’ in his loved-up speech.
However, her name card on the table suggests The Kardashians star may be more than that, as she was listed as ‘Kylie Jenner-Chalamet’.
The couple beamed as they spotted the detail, with Kylie, 28, excitedly showing Timothee, 30, who grinned back at her.
Fans have speculated that this could actually be a sign that the pair have secretly tied the knot, despite persistent split rumours.
Marriage could be on the cards as it is clear Kylie is smitten, looking on proudly as Timothee took to the stage to accept his award for best actor in a motion picture in a musical or comedy.
In his speech, he shared: ‘If you would have told me when I was 19 years old, I’d be thanking Mr. Wonderful from Shark Tank…All right, you’re laughing, so I got away with that. Thank you, Kevin [O’Leary].
‘I would have been stunned, but I’ve been very grateful. My dad instilled in me a spirit of gratitude growing up — always be grateful for what you have. It’s allowed me to leave this ceremony in the past empty-handed, my head held high, grateful just to be here.’
In a nod to Kylie, he concluded: ‘I’d be lying if I didn’t say those moments didn’t make this moment that much sweeter for my parents, for my partner, I love you.’
His use of ‘partner’ over ‘girlfriend’ raised a few eyebrows, but the table card solidified in fans’ minds the pair must have wedded in secret.
A few days before, Kylie shared a TikTok wearing a huge diamond on her pinky finger, but no other rings.
The ring seemed to fit loosely, with fans commenting it was an odd choice for a pinky ring … unless she’d swapped over her engagement ring for the video.
Of all the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Kylie is the one who tends to keep her private life most to herself, even hiding her first pregnancy until after giving birth.
This isn’t the first time Timothee has thanked his ‘partner’ in a speech recently, praising her at the Critics Choice last week.
‘Thank you to my partner of three years,’ he began. ‘Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn’t do this without you.’
The camera panned to Kylie as she mouthed ‘I love you’ and kept her eyes fixed on the star, with her hands clasped together.
It’s hard to believe it’s been three years since the pair went public by locking lips at a Beyoncé concert, with PDA becoming a firm fixture of their outings.
While date nights are kept low-key and out of the spotlight, Kylie has joined the star for many public appearances in recent months.
Timothee has even refused to speak about his private life, telling Vogue last year that he ‘will not talk about’ the romance.
He added: ‘I don’t say that with any fear, I just don’t have anything to say.’
