The Traitors fans might have once again proven their sleuthing stripes after uncovering a picture of two Faithfuls that could prove a secret connection.
The serial killing BBC juggernaut made its triumphant return last week and has already provided one of the most jaw-dropping roundtables ever after Hugo was banished from the Scottish castle.
In the first episode of the show Roxy also shared that Judy is in fact her mum – something she nearly divulged to her cast members with a slip of the tongue during the mission.
But, The Traitors fans now think they might have discovered a connection between Ellie and Ross hiding in plain sight – if plain sight is on Instagram.
A picture of the pair on a work trip in June 2024 has now circulated across social media.
An account called @damospersonaltraining shared a now-deleted post of a ‘team outing’ with the pair both featured, the Daily Mail reports.
In the image, Ross can be seen with his hand on Ellie’s back as the rest of the group smiles for the camera.

Eagle-eyed observers also found that the pair already knew each other on LinkedIn, after fans shared the goods on Reddit in the form of links to Ellie’s account.
There, Ross has publicly commented on several of Ellie’s work updates with supportive messages that would imply he knows her a bit more than the non-existent amount he claimed when they first sat opposite one another on the train to the castle.
When Ellie shared the news she had qualified as a chartered psychologist, Ross commented: ‘Congratulations! Great work Dr Buckley.’
Then when Ellie said she had received a promotion at work in another post, he wrote: ‘Major achievement Dr Buckley. Incredibly well deserved. Bravo!’ which Ellie liked.
When one fan on Reddit suggested they might secretly be a couple, @Slowerthanaprop15 quipped: ‘Their ‘meeting’ on the train was hilariously bad acting.’
Meanwhile, @Terrible-pedigree shared a theory that, if true, would be a game-changer: ‘We were wondering with the photo of the family tree if they all are linked to someone else…’
Ross has already had one surprise connection in the castle, to nursery school teacher Netty, who became the first Faithful to be murdered by the Traitors on Friday.
Ahead of the next episode airing on Wednesday night, fans have now shared their wild fan theories as to who could be the Secret Traitor.
Among the rumoured red-cloak contestants, both Ross and Ellie’s names have been thrown into the ring.
Joining them, crime writer Harriet and Fiona have also drawn major suspicion.
