Netflix has ordered Season 8 of its sci-fi anthology series, Black Mirror.
“I can confirm that Black Mirror will return, just in time for reality to catch up with it,” said the show’s creator Charlie Brooker.
“So, that’s exciting. That chunk of my brain has already been activated and is whirring away.”
No release date has been announced yet.
Season 7, which premiered in April, is up for three Golden Globe Awards.
Winners will be announced at a gala on Sunday.
