As the world prepares to ring in the New Year, the annual London fireworks will again be a spectacle people can watch from the comfort of their homes.

Although some might be hitting the town or rugging up and watching the event live in person, many others will be taking up the opportunity to instead spend the night tuning into their TV screens.

Tonight the BBC will be airing a string of special programmes to welcome in 2026.

BBC One will interrupt their schedule to air the fireworks display on the River Thames as Big Ben strikes midnight and crowds gather.

But before then a special The Graham Norton Show episode will air on BBC One, followed by Ronan Keating and Friends: A New Year’s Eve Party.

Here’s everything you need to know, including how to watch it on TV.

Tonight, BBC One will be airing Ronan Keating and Friends: A New Year’s Eve Party from 11.30pm.

The Boyzone legend will be joined on stage by two of his bandmates, Keith Duffy and Shane Lynch, as well as former girl band member Louise Redknapp, singer-songwriter Calum Scott, and I’m A Celebrity star Shona McGarty.

Ronan is set to perform with his former Boyzone crew for a highly anticipated special performance.

The show will break for 15 minutes while the fireworks over London are shown, with Ronan’s party continuing at 12.15am.
